First and foremost, let me say THIS: IT'S NOT ABOUT ME. It's about the MESSAGE in the MUSIC, The Gospel in SONG! However, if you're still curious... I'm just an ol' hand who also happens to be an ex-DJ and still has the bug. More than twenty years ago, I was working in a small radio station in the Antelope Valley out in California, and on sunday evenings I was the host of the show, "Gospel Music Roundup". My producer back then was named Lois Gibbons, and she singlehandedly showed me all the fantastic wonders of Southern Gospel Music and so much more. Lois has since passed on, but my memory of her lives on today through the music I try to share with you. I make my living in the world testing Railroads, but all the while my heart is on the great sounds of Gospel music. Podcasting has given me a venue for this, in that I can share these FANTASTIC sounds with others IN A SHORT, RADIO-STYLE PROGRAM of about an hour each and still make the living We all so desperately need:) Hope you enjoy what you hear.
